Welcome to CORE (Conceptreels). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CORE mobile application, website, educational content, services, features, assessments, and related technologies operated by CORE ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using CORE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform. 1. About CORE CORE is an educational technology platform designed to help students prepare for competitive examinations including but not limited to: JEE Main JEE Advanced NEET School-level examinations Other academic and competitive examinations The Platform may provide: Educational reels Short-form learning videos Notes and study materials PYQs Practice questions Mock tests Analytics and performance tracking Educational recommendations Leaderboards Learning communities and future educational features 2. Educational Purpose Only All content provided through CORE is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. CORE does not guarantee: Examination scores Examination ranks Admissions Government jobs College placements Scholarships Academic success Performance depends upon individual effort, preparation, aptitude, and numerous external factors. 3. User Eligibility You may use CORE if: You are legally capable of accepting these Terms. You provide accurate registration information. You comply with all applicable laws. If you are under the age required by applicable law, a parent or guardian must supervise your use of the Platform. 4. Account Registration Users may register using: Mobile Number OTP Authentication Google Sign-In Other authentication methods introduced later You are responsible for: Maintaining account confidentiality Protecting login credentials Activities performed through your account CORE shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence. 5. Educational Content Educational content available on CORE may include: Videos Reels Notes Practice Tests PYQs Solutions Explanations Graphics Educational resources Content may be uploaded by: CORE Team Teachers Educational Partners Approved Content Creators 6. Creator Content Ownership Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing: All intellectual property rights in creator-uploaded content remain with the original content creator. CORE does not claim ownership over educational videos, reels, notes, explanations, or other content submitted by creators. However, by submitting content to CORE, the creator grants CORE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: Host content Store content Display content Stream content Distribute content through the Platform Promote the Platform using such content Create thumbnails and previews This license continues until the content is removed from the Platform. 7. Content Approval and Moderation CORE operates as a moderated educational platform. Submission of content does not guarantee publication. CORE reserves the right to: Approve content Reject content Remove content Restrict visibility Suspend creator privileges without prior notice where necessary to protect users, educational quality, legal compliance, or platform integrity. 8. Creator Responsibility Creators represent and warrant that: They own the content they upload or possess required rights. The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. The content is educational and lawful. The content is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Creators remain solely responsible for their uploaded content. 9. Prohibited Conduct Users shall not: Upload harmful content Spread misinformation intentionally Attempt unauthorized access Reverse engineer the Platform Copy or scrape content at scale Use bots or automation Manipulate leaderboards Impersonate others Distribute malware Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination. 10. Intellectual Property of CORE The following remain exclusive property of CORE: CORE name Conceptreels brand Logos UI/UX designs Recommendation systems Algorithms Software code Databases Platform architecture Analytics systems No rights are transferred except as expressly permitted. 11. Assessments and Rankings Mock tests, scores, rankings, accuracy metrics, and analytics are generated automatically. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, CORE does not guarantee: Error-free scoring Continuous availability Uninterrupted leaderboard calculations All results are provided on an "as available" basis. 12. Future Monetization CORE is currently free to use. CORE reserves the right to introduce: Premium features Subscriptions Paid courses Paid assessments Creator monetization programs Any such changes shall be communicated separately. 13. Termination CORE may suspend or terminate accounts that: Violate these Terms Harm platform integrity Engage in abuse or fraud Violate intellectual property rights 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORE shall not be liable for: Academic outcomes Examination performance Data loss Service interruptions Third-party content errors Indirect damages Consequential damages 15.
